Current Member With a Missing Pet
If you are a registered member of the 24/7 Pet Return program, you may report your lost pet in the administration section of our website. First login to your account using the "Member Login" section located on the bottom left of this page. Once you have accessed your account select the "Report a Lost Pet" link on the navigation menu.
My Pet is Missing But I am Not a Current 24/7 Pet Return Member
If you are not a member of the 24/7 Pet Return program, please search for a participating veterinarian for details on how you can sign your pet up in the 24/7 Pet Return program. This can be done by selecting the "Locate A Participating Veterinarian Near You" link to your left. Once there enter your zip code and the radius in miles that you would like to search and we will provide a list of participating veterinarian(s) in your area.
Found A Missing Pet
If you have located or have information about a missing pet in the 24/7 Pet Return program, please use the "Contact Us" page button to your left. You will be contacted by a 24/7 Pet Return agent.
